Around $5000-$6000 of the mould/tooling charges per each side.And add the current market value of Lexan XL(Polycarbonate). which is higher in heat resistance.
The cost would be +/- $10000 for the mouldings plus $5-7 in meterail per set. If you made 500 sets it would cost you +/- $13500 /500pc =$20-$25 USD PC. So if you sell 100pc @ $125 you should be able to get your invertment back :-)
you could also make the 99jspec housings .Fog lamp ducts ect ect.Paul Avalon asked a while ago if there was enough interest in these.But there wasn't a lot of feedback.Maybe you can check with him I inquired about this a while ago as I wanted to make these but the investment was to high for me .Maybe I'll have to sell a Z :-)
